Bailey

Our family pup for 7-1/2 years and my companion Bailey left us this past week. 
We called him an "Old Soul" as he always seemed to know so much more than any of us could comprehend. He was the poster child for unconditional love and gave us so much more than just companionship.

I think Konrad Lorenz said it best -

"The fidelity of a dog is a precious gift demanding no less binding moral responsibilities than the friendship of a human being. The bond with a dog is as lasting as the ties of this earth can ever be."
